In no event shall tapOK or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to service interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on tapOK.

Any claim relating to tapOK's website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
